The problems at wide receiver for the Saints have been well chronicled so far this offseason. But with a free agent pool of receivers rather light on talent once you get past Antonio Brown, we’ve had to take a harder dig to see if anything worthwhile is out there and ended up settling for Tyrell Williams from the Chargers or perhaps the soon to be traded John Ross. But since he was released by the Ravens on Monday, Feb. 25, veteran receiver Michael Crabtree is an interesting alternative.
Michael Crabtree was a big name when he came out of Texas Tech after the 2008 college season.
