Former Minnesota Vikings owner Red McCombs told ESPN San Antonio on Wednesday that he talked to Raiders owner Mark Davis about moving the team to San Antonio that he is even willing to invest in the team if needed help make the move.
"He was born and raised there, and he has a great feeling for the state of California," McCombs told the site. "But it appears he is going to need to go somewhere."
