METAIRIE, La. -- Dannell Ellerbe insists that the New Orleans Saints’ defensive ends don’t have to worry about their job security, even though the outside linebacker now has a sack in four straight games.
“I wear low-top cleats, and I don’t put my hand in the dirt,” Ellerbe said, according to NOLA.com. “I’m not a pass rusher by any means, but I’m just getting after it.”
Earlier this week, Ellerbe said, “I got a lot of games to make up for. So I’m just trying to make plays so I can stay around.
