Prior to the NFL Scouting Combine and speaking with members of the press while in Indianapolis, Saints head coach Sean Payton identified three positions of need that need to be handled in the upcoming 2019 NFL Draft and through free agency. Those positions were tight end, interior offensive line, defensive tackle and he added running back and backup quarterback depending on what happens with Mark Ingram and Teddy Bridgewater.
