One of the lawsuits filed against the NFL after the NFC championship game was brought to a close in a 17-page ruling by U.S. District Judge Susie Morgan. Nick Underhill of the Advocate first reported that Morgan ruled in favor of the NFL, denying an argument by New Orleans Saints fans that commissioner Roger Goodell should force a do-over of the title game against the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams, of course, won and advanced to Super Bowl LIII.
