ATLANTA – A look at the New Orleans Saints who were “up” and those who were “down” during the 2015 season:
UP:
QB Drew Brees: Brees pretty much silenced all those questions about whether or not he was heading toward a steep decline at age 36. He had another terrific year, leading the NFL with 4,870 yards to go with 32 touchdowns and just 11 interceptions -- even though he missed the first game due to injury in his entire 15-year career with a Week 3 shoulder issue. In fact, Brees played some of his best football of the entire season while battling the shoulder injury and later fighting through a torn plantar fascia in his right heel.
