New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Dennis Allen isn’t worried about his unit’s poor performance way back in Week 1 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who the Saints visit this week for a rematch. When asked about how that disaster of a game (New Orleans lost 48-40) influenced his adjustments, Allen downplayed the notion:
“I don’t know if that shaped anything. Obviously we felt like we had a bad day at the office. They played exceptionally well and so you learn from those experience and try to grow from those experiences. That happens in our league.
