Dallas Cowboys cornerback Morris Claiborne's agent said his client did not put his 2011 LSU SEC Championship ring for sale on eBay, and the listing for the ring has ended.
Ricky Simmons, who co-represents the former LSU Tiger Claiborne with Bus Cook, said "someone with access" to Claiborne put the ring up for auction with a sale price of $100,000 Monday. The listing was taken down at 8:36 p.m. Monday night.
"It was not him and it is not for sale, Simmons said adamantly. "Mo had no knowledge of it until he saw the story.
