Former Eastern Washington wide receiver Cooper Kupp enjoys visiting New Orleans with his grandfather.
Jake Kupp, who played for the New Orleans Saints from 1968-75, has countless memories from his time in the Crescent City, and Cooper likes hearing them on the trips.
"He just comes alive when he's down there," Cooper Kupp said this week. "He loves it. He wants to go out; he wants to explore. He goes around and is willing to talk to everyone. He loves that place. He loves the food down there, obviously, and everywhere we go there's just rich history, tradition or stories about, 'oh, I remember when I was at this restaurant with your grandma' and all this different stuff that they did.
