Cameron Jordan joined his father for Vikings Ring of Honor induction

Football is a family tradition for New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan. His father Steve Jordan, a longtime Minnesota Vikings tight end, was inducted into the Vikings Ring of Honor on Thursday night — and Jordan found time to fly his family up to U.S. Bank Stadium for the occasion, just hours after Saints practice wrapped up in New Orleans.

Jordan, wearing his father’s 1989 Pro Bowl jersey, was on hand with his wife and children to see him make Vikings history. The elder Jordan logged 498 receptions for 6,307 receiving yards and 28 touchdown catches in his career, setting an example that his son has worked to emulate in his nine years with the Saints.
