New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan is a big believer in tradition. He practices what he calls the “24 hour rule,” which gives him a day to enjoy (or ruminate) on his last game before putting it out of mind and focusing on his next opponent. He likes to stick to his weekly practice routine and hit up his staple restaurants (Zaxby’s is high on his list, though he avoids it during football season). One of the few change-ups he allows himself is a new hair style for each year in the NFL, ranging from a fade and flat-top in his early days to the black-and-gold-dyed locks he wears now.
