The Legion of Boom is gone. The Seattle Seahawks have traded defensive end Michael Bennett and released cornerback Richard Sherman, breaking apart one of the most iconic defenses of the modern era. That defense was the heart of soul of the team, and the Seahawks won't be nearly as successful without them. Still, the Seahawks still have Russell Wilson and Pete Carroll leading the franchise.
