New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara is taking it easy right now, having injured his ankle in practice last week before a Jacksonville Jaguars defender fell on him, aggravating the ankle and tweaking his knee. He didn’t practice on Wednesday and the Saints are doing what they can to ease him through to their Week 9 bye, but he’s still hoping to play against the Chicago Bears on Sunday.
That said, Kamara’s offseason was anything but relaxing. He went viral with several different complex workouts involving stability balls and signal batons, working to refine his hand-eye coordination and ability to remain balanced when opponents are trying to tackle him.
