It seems everyone loves Alvin Kamara. The New Orleans Saints running back is a budding superstar, spending his offseason appearing in Drake’s music videos and on GQ covers, singing his heart out at the ESPY’s, and most importantly, getting a bobblehead made in his likeness. A terrific article on Kamara dropped today from Bleacher Report’s Master Tesfatsion, keeping the Summer of AK41 going strong.
This interview is a long, fascinating read that gives some insight into Kamara’s background and who he surrounds himself with back home in Atlanta. It also gives us some wonderful quotes from Kamara reflecting on his rookie season and the bizarre twists and turns the NFC playoffs took:
“It’s a certain point where you (expletive) just do everything could do, and (expletive) still don’t go your way,” Kamara says about the game dubbed the Minneapolis Miracle.
