The new collective bargaining agreement between the NFL and the NFLPA has officially been agreed upon by both parties, opening an 11-year path of happy and peaceful labor. It’s good business, in the sense that there will be a business. If you haven’t followed along in the past (or currently), most of the negotiations become increasingly nuclear, a caged snake that hasn’t eaten in day. The inevitable STRIKE litters headlines and becomes the whisper in every conversation. But not the NFL, not this time anyway.
With the new labor agreement in place, a handful of changes—immediately and down the road—will occur.
