It’s no secret — the New Orleans Saints were bad last year. Plain and simple. Mostly due to a struggling defense, insufficient quarterback protection and a poor turnover ratio that reflects off the first two problems I mentioned, the club just couldn’t find any kind of rhythm a season ago.
The Saints have arguably been the most active team in the NFL this offseason. From mind-blowing cuts to eye-popping trades, to some solid acquisitions via the free agent market, it’s been a busy time in the Big Easy.
Parting ways with TE Jimmy Graham, RB Pierre Thomas, WR Kenny Stills and LB Curtis Lofton pained the hearts of countless fans across the Who Dat Nation.
