After cutting him earlier in the year, the New Orleans Saints added JT Barrett to their practice squad once again. It was shocking to see them not keep a fourth quarterback on that squad to begin with.
With Brees out six weeks, the Saints have to stay afloat. Currently 1-1, the Saints have a tough next few games which include a game on the road in Seattle. That said, they’ll need solid quarterback play to guide them through.
Teddy Bridgewater could very easily be the answer, but there may be a better player on the market by the name of Colin Kaepernick.
