The New Orleans Saints received lofty praise from college football and NFL Draft analyst Thor Nystrom of Rotoworld. Nystrom evaluated the reported undrafted free agent signings for every team, and found that he graded the Saints’ haul highest of all 32 teams.
Nystrom identified three undrafted rookies in particular who could immediately help an NFL team: Nebraska running back Devine Ozigbo, Wyoming defensive end Carl Granderson, and Utah linebacker Chase Hansen. Other players he ranked highly include small-school studs Ethan Greenridge (a guard from Villanova) and Emmanuel Butler (a receiver from Northern Arizona). He noted that all three of them should have been drafted.
