One fairly strange thing about the Saints as a franchise is we haven’t had many players with a lot of star power. There have been so many bad personnel decisions made over the years. Bad draft picks, bad free agents, generally bad payers and coaches. Except for a few periods. Part of the Jim Mora era, a blip of time in the Jim Haslett period and the years, many of them since 2006 and the arrival of Sean Payton and Drew Brees.
