The New Orleans Saints have signed a running back, but it's not Mark Ingram. Per Adam Schefter, the Saints have added former Minnesota Vikings RB Latavius Murray to a 4-year, $14.4 million deal.
The move to add Murray means that Ingram will likely leave the Saints this offseason. The deal for Murray can't be made official until Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET, but teams can agree to contracts.
Murray will play the supporting RB role to star Alvin Kamara. He had 140 carries for 578 yards and 6 TDs in 2018 with the Vikings.
