New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees went 28–0–1 as a high school starter, throwing for 5,461 yards and 50 touchdowns. Somehow, that wasn't enough for scholarship offers from any of the major programs in his home state of Texas, so Brees headed north to Purdue in Indiana.
At Purdue, Brees demolished nearly every Boilermakers passing record while also setting new Big 10 marks for passing yards (11,792), touchdowns (90), and completions (1,026). Let's take a look back at some of his most impressive plays:
