Tom Benson’s personal plane arrived in Sacramento earlier today on a very important mission: To whisk away DeMarcus Cousins and Omri Casspi back to New Orleans.
Both head coach Alvin Gentry and general manager Dell Demps made the trip out to California to pick up the two newest members of the Pelicans.
Believe it or not but that’s the general manager waving from afar... towards the cameras! Yeah, I guess we’d all be pinch-me happy too if we just landed one of the best players in the league for pennies on the dollar.
