Frank Jackson has had great success throughout his playing career prior to joining the New Orleans Pelicans in the NBA. In high school, Jackson was an outstanding player earning many All-American awards as well as being named Utah Mr.Basketball, an award given annually to the best high school player in the state of Utah. His success continued in college at Duke where he played just one season under coach Mike Krzyzewski before entering the NBA draft.
After being drafted by the Charlotte Hornets in the 2017 NBA draft, he was immediately traded to the Pelicans. Frank Jackson missed his whole rookie season after undergoing foot surgery and the healing process taking longer than expected.
