For months, the question as to whether All-Star center DeMarcus Cousins will re-sign with the New Orleans Pelicans this summer seemed to be all the rage. Though people had their own ideas as to where he should ink a deal, there were never any indications as to what the man himself was thinking of doing – until now.
Friday, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the free agent is ‘very likely’ to return to New Orleans this offseason.
“…very likely back to the Pelicans, what might be a two-year deal. He’s going to have to show he’s healthy again, get back to a high level…”

Starting tomorrow, the 27-year-old will officially be an unrestricted free agent.
