Pondexter to Undergo Season-Ending Surgery

Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports reported the left-knee surgery is set for Jan. 20 in New York and confirmed it will be season-ending. Pondexter still hasn’t played in a game in 2015-16 after he underwent arthroscopic knee surgery in the offseason, and Charania noted the team recently announced a mere one-to-two week timetable for the forward’s recovery.
