BOSTON – Anthony Davis delivered another big individual game. New Orleans posted its most impressive win of the season, in dramatic fashion.
After building a double-digit lead Tuesday, the Pelicans couldn’t close out the Celtics, who forced an extra period, but New Orleans came up with more big plays in OT, pulling off a road upset. The Pelicans ended the Celtics’ seven-game winning streak. Two days after scoring 48 points at New York, Davis went for 45 points and 16 rebounds on Eastern Conference-leading Boston’s home floor.
