Due to injury, over his three previous seasons with New Orleans, point guard Jrue Holiday has only faced his ex-team three times in six opportunities. A fourth meeting against Philadelphia is in doubt as of Thursday morning, with the 2013 76ers All-Star listed as questionable due to turf toe. Holiday’s fellow starting guard from Sunday at Oklahoma City, E’Twaun Moore, is also questionable, with a different toe injury.
“I don’t think we’ve decided that yet,” Holiday said after shootaround of whether he will play tonight. “I’m pretty sure the training staff is going to talk to Coach (Alvin Gentry), and then they’ll talk to me about it and see what the best decision is.
