According to Windhorst, Cole’s one year qualifying offer with the Pelicans is going to be worth around $3.03 million dollars for the 2015-16 season.
Norris Cole will earn $3.03 million from Pelicans and have a right to veto any trades. Will be an unrestricted free agent next summer

Cole was a restricted free agent this offseason after the Pelicans extended to him a one year qualifying offer at the beginning of the free agency period, which started on July 1.
