NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Pelicans will hold auditions for the 2016-17 Pelikids, the organization’s junior hip-hop dance team, on Saturday, Aug. 20 at the Pelicans and Saints Practice Facilities (5800 Airline Drive, Metairie). Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. and auditions begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. The Pelicans are looking for boys and girls between the ages of 7-12 who are energetic, have previous dance experience and want to be a part of the exciting hip-hop team that performs at select home games.
