After what felt like much too long for a Pelican to survive without wings, New Orleans finally made a move.
Trading away Quincy Pondexter 12 days ago, the Pelicans had not signed anyone else to join their roster despite much speculation.
According to Yahoo’s Shams Charania, the wait ended as they signed Tony Allen to a one-year deal.
Free agent Tony Allen is finalizing a one-year deal with the New Orleans Pelicans, league sources tell The Vertical.
