Jrue Holiday could be an extremely valuable trade chip for the New Orleans Pelicans if they were to choose to commit to a complete rebuild, but according to new reports, that does not seem to be in the organization’s plans at the moment.
Amid the Anthony Davis talks, teams calling on New Orleans’ next best player — guard Jrue Holiday — tell ESPN that the Pels are indicating no interest in moving him. Beyond this season, Holiday has three years, $77M left on deal through 2022.

We all know Anthony Davis will be on his way out in the near future, and the Pelicans are also looking to unload co-starters Nikola Mirotic, Julius Randle, and E’Twaun Moore to any team willing to give up a draft pick in exchange.
