Out of all the key injuries that the New Orleans Pelicans have dealt with early this season, the one that always seems to fly under the radar is Quincy Pondexter. Pondexter, who admitted earlier this summer that he was skipping MRIs so that he was allowed to play on a bad knee at the end of last season, had surgery in early May on his left knee. At that time the Pelicans announced that a timetable for his return would be released at a later date, and six months later it has still not be released.
On Friday, Pondexter talked about his recovery and as he told reporters including John Reid of NOLA.
