It may have been a long time due to his injury woes, but New Orleans Pelicans fans should remember just how good Quincy Pondexter was just two seasons ago.
In the 2014-2015 season, Pondexter averaged nine points, three rebounds and half a block per game. In his 45 games with the Pels, he shot 44.9% from the field and 43.3% from behind the arc, averaging just over one and a half three’s made per game.
When he’s given the space, Pondexter can be a lethal shooter. In seven of his games, he made at least four three-pointers, with only one of those games shooting under 50% from behind the arc.
