One of the most surprising acquisitions for the New Orleans Pelicans this offseason was young shooting guard E’Twaun Moore.
Moore, who previously played with the Chicago Bulls, averaged 7. 5 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game last season. Moore averaged 21 minutes a game and gave the Bulls a capable shooter in the backcourt, as he shot 48.1% from the field and 45.2% from behind the arc.
He’s also shown his ability to play strong defense. Moore shut down his assignment well off the bench, helping become part of the fourth best shooting percentage defense in the NBA.
