The New Orleans Pelicans have yet to make an offer to restricted free agent PG Norris Cole who, according to Sam Amico, is drawing interest from two of the East’s bottom dwellers from last season.

Norris Cole is the remaining restricted free agent of the New Orleans Pelicans, who made it their goal this past offseason to bring back most of the gang for next year.
