New Orleans Pelicans Lose Norris Cole to High Ankle Sprain

As if the New Orleans Pelicans were not dealing with enough injury problems, news came out just before the team was set to take on the Chicago Bulls in Monday nights preseason contest that point guard Norris Cole would be out indefinitely due to a high ankle sprain.

The toughest part of this news is that the injury is the dreaded high ankle sprain. While no ankle sprains are good, high ankle sprains always seem to linger and keep players out longer than a normal sprain and continue to bother a player once they do return.
