With Jrue Holiday on a minutes restriction to start the season and Norris Cole out for an indefinite period of time due to a high ankle sprain, the New Orleans Pelicans could use some point guard depth. While Corey Webster has seen some time there during preseason action he hasn’t done enough to really earn a shot to be that player and so New Orleans has started to look elsewhere. According to reports from NOLA.com, New Orleans is close to an agreement with former University of New Orleans star Bo McCalebb on a deal that would give him a shot at earning a roster spot.
