Since New Orleans Pelicans starting point guard Jrue Holiday had surgery in May there hasn’t been much news out of New Orleans. While the Pelicans announced at the time that “a timetable for his return to basketball activities will be determined at a later date”, the team never really announced anything in regards to Holiday and his rehab.
Thanks to his brother, Golden State Warriors wing Justin Holiday‘s, Instagram feed though, we have finally gotten a glimpse into around where Holiday stands in regards to his leg.
While I am no exercise expert, I would have to assume that Holiday doing exercises that seem to put significant amount of weight on his legs is a good sign.
