Nikola Mirotic is far from the only NBA player sitting in the trade crosshairs for the New Orleans Pelicans.
Keith Pompey, a Sixers beat writer for several Philly outlets, announced earlier today on social media that the Pelicans were one of seven teams interested in trading for Tyreke Evans. Later, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski corroborated the story but amended a few of the details including the list of interested teams.
Teams chasing the playoffs in the East (Milwaukee, Philadelphia and Boston) and the West (Denver and New Orleans) are among those expressing interest in acquiring Evans, league sources said.
