The New Orleans Pelicans are now down to 19 players on the roster.
New Orleans announced they are cutting small forward Chris Copeland from the team today.
Copeland, who played just three minutes in the preseason game against the Dallas Mavericks, did not make enough of an impression to earn a spot on the depth chart.
Chris Copeland averaged 2.1 points, 0.5 assists and 0.4 rebounds in 6.5 minutes per game as a Milwaukee Buck last year. He made the biggest impact in the NBA as an Indiana Pacer two years ago, starting 12 games in that season.
