NBA 2K released a few player rankings ahead of its highly anticipated video game which will debut this September. Among the players whose ratings were released was power forward and New Orleans Pelicans all-star Anthony Davis. The game revealed that Davis will have a 94 overall rating this year.
Each player is rated on an overall point scale up to 99 points. This rating is then broken down into sub-categories such as 3-point shooting, passing, defense, steals and more. The culmination of these leads to the overall point score.
To no one’s surprise, LeBron James leads the NBA with a 98 overall ranking, a pretty remarkable feat for someone entering his 16th year in the league.
