The New Orleans Pelicans have been dealing with a rash of injuries that has left a presumibly deep team searching for answers in the rotation at the start of the year. With Jrue Holiday on a mintues limit to start the season, Norris Cole out for an undefined period of time with a high ankle sprain and the team presumibly not wanting to overwork Tyreke Evans early in the season, New Orleans has clearly been looking to add depth in the backcourt.
After agreeing to terms with local product Bo McCalebb on Thursday morning and waiving camp invite Corey Webster on Thursday afternoon, the team made another move Thursday evening by signing veteran point guard Nate Robinson according to Marc Stein of ESPN.
