Solomon Hill arrived in New Orleans this summer as an unrestricted free agent, after playing his first three NBA seasons for the Indiana Pacers. The sturdy forward had a wide range of experiences in the Hoosier State, from playing sporadically as a rookie, to filling in for an injured Paul George during Year 2, to emerging as a key contributor last season during the playoffs. Hill’s move from an Eastern Conference team to the West means he’ll now be able to spend roughly twice as much in-season time on road trips to his home city of Los Angeles.
