Prior to Wednesday’s Southwest Division matchup at FedEx Forum, the Grizzlies’ coach noted that along with a blowout 36-point loss at Minnesota for his team Tuesday, the prospect of facing the three-time All-Star did not make for a fun last 24 hours.
“I didn’t sleep much last night, just so you know,” Fizdale told reporters about 90 minutes prior to tip-off tonight. “He is a special, special player.
