Jrue Holiday shuts down Devin Booker as New Orleans Pelicans breeze by Phoenix Suns, 119-99

Without Elfrid Payton and Nikola Mirotic, the New Orleans Pelicans still managed to lead from start to finish en route to a 119-99 win over the Phoenix Suns, securing two much-needed victories at home and improving to 6-6 overall.

Despite the faster style of play in the league, this marks the second straight game the Pelicans have held an opponent under 100 points and the first victory by double digits since the home opener against Sacramento on Oct. 19. Four of the five starters scored in double figures as the offense moved the ball well enough to assist on 66 percent of its made field goals.
