The New Orleans Pelicans have looked surprisingly competitive since the All-Star Break, largely thanks to the stellar play of fan-favorite guard, Jrue Holiday. However, the going will get tough in the next week or so as the Pelicans just announced Holiday is dealing with an abdominal strain after last night’s game against the Utah Jazz.
Roster Update: Jrue Holiday has been diagnosed with a lower abdominal strain. An MRI taken this morning and examination by Pelicans Director of Medical Services/Head Team Physician Dr. Misty Suri confirmed the injury. Holiday will be re-evaluated in 7-10 days pic.
