If you thought the November 24th matchup against the Clippers looked daunting when the schedule was first released, it must look infinitely scarier now.
The New Orleans Pelicans, who are still missing key pieces in Derrick Favors, Josh Hart and Zion Williamson, are on the second night of a back-to-back after playing in the difficult Utah confines against the Jazz on Saturday night. The Clippers, meanwhile, have enjoyed 10 straight days in Los Angeles and won all four games on the home stand. They are practically at full strength (missing only Landry Shamet) with superstars Kawhi Leonard and Paul George leading the charge.
