USA Basketball announced this morning the 30 finalists that will be in competition to make the 2016 U.S. Olympic Men's team. Listed among the participants is Anthony Davis, a member of the gold-winning 2012 Olympic team and 2014 USA World Cup team.
In his short international career, Davis has appeared in 25 games. Although he was not a primary component in London (52 minutes across 7 games), he was a prominently featured in Spain in 2014. As the team's starting center, Davis averaged 12.3 points (3rd on team), 6.6 rebounds (2nd) and 2.1 blocks (1st).
