New Orleans Pelicans star Anthony Davis is expected to return to basketball activities in early August and be 100 percent by the start of training camp in September, general manger Dell Demps said Wednesday on "The Jim Rome Show."
Davis, 23, underwent an ultrasonic debridement and an injection of his own bone marrow March 25 to correct a stress reaction and tendinopathy in his left knee.
"For his knee, we expect him to be fully cleared in early August.
