Although this is officially his third season in the league, New Orleans Pelicans point guard Tim Frazier is in the midst of the first NBA campaign in which he’s been a full-scale contributor, appearing in every game of 2016-17 thus far and starting 21 times. The 6-foot-1 Frazier also has one of the rarest backgrounds of any active player, undrafted out of college in 2014 and the only current Penn State product in the NBA.
